Customer Service Representative
Always Happy to Help - The main part of your job is helping customers find movies. There is of course the endless task of putting away and organizing the movies as they come back in. You will also need to watch tons of movies and play tons of games so you can recommend the right movie or game to the right customer. You'll also learn about cash handling, inventory control, merchandising and other fundamentals or retail business.

Shift Manager
Always Happy to Help - The main part of your job is of course helping customers find movies but a shift manager has the additional responsibilities of supervising Customer Service Representatives and Opening & Closing the Store. As shift manager you will learn additional functions such as transferring product, shipping & receiving, purchasing, returns, and month-end. You will also be responsible for some areas of inventory control.

Assistant Store Manager
Always Happy to Help - The main part of your job is of course helping customers find movies. The assistant store manager is responsible for the staffing and functioning of the store when the store manager is not there. The assistant store manager is the store manager's right hand he/she does bank deposits, merchandises the new release wall, and is responsible for several areas of inventory control. The assistant store manager also supervises and motivates staff in a positive manner

Store Manager
Always Happy to Help - The main part of your job is of course helping customers find movies. A store manager has a critical role to play to ensure the store is clean, organized and attractive; to ensure the product selection is available for our customers and to keep our employees fully trained, Always Happy to Help and oriented to building and maintaining Customer Relationships.

Attending to your duties in an organized and efficient manner, will help you to create a store that is a pleasure to work in, a pleasure to shop at and a store you can take pride in.
